When Selling the Product in PDF Format:
1. You can put your name or pen name on the product as the author.
2. You can edit the contents of the product e.g. putting in your affiliate links, adding and removing text, inserting pictures and advertisements, etc.
3. You can change the title and sub-title of the product.
4. You can sell the product (E-Book) in PDF format. The suggested selling price is $47.00.
5. You can break the contents of the product into articles for article submission purposes or add content to your website, blog or e-zine, and include your resource box.
6. You can spawn a series of short reports (free or paid) by breaking down the contents of the product.
7. You can add the product into a membership site (paid only).
8. You can add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price.
9. You can offer the Basic Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights to the PDF E-Book. The suggested selling price is $97.00.
10. You CANNOT give the product away for FREE, under any circumstances at all.
11. You CANNOT offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling.
12. You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com.
13. You CANNOT use this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.

When Selling the Private Label Rights (Word Format):
1. You can resell the Private Label Rights to the product. The suggested selling price is $197.00. Your customer can in turn resell the Private Label Rights, too.
2. You must pass on this license – as it is – to your customers when reselling the Private Label Rights to this product. There is no excuse that no one is equally informed of the terms and conditions to this product.
3. You can offer the Private Label Rights to this product in a paid membership site or paid product package. However, restrictions apply (see no. 4 below).
4. You CANNOT, under any circumstances, offer more than 2 Private Label products from PLRGold Master Rights 4 package in a bundled package or paid membership site).
5. You CANNOT give away or trade in the Private Label Rights to this product for FREE. It must be sold.
6. You CANNOT offer the Private Label Rights to this product as a bonus or add into a free membership site.
7. You CANNOT sell the Private Label Rights to this product on auction sites such as eBay.com.
8. You CANNOT resell the Private Label Rights to this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.

When Doing Offline Publishing:
1. You CANNOT use the Private Label materials of this product to publish your work offline.

Sales Letter & Graphics Pack
1. You can edit the sales letter anyhow you like i.e. put your name in the sales letter, insert your order link, enter your own bonuses, make changes to the sales page content, etc.
2. You can edit the graphics pack to this product anyhow you like i.e. put your name on the E-Cover, alter the design, using your own titles, branding your trade name into the titles and sub-titles, etc.
3. You can edit the Thank You page anyhow you like i.e. put in your bonuses, enter your name, include the download link, etc.

Other Important Terms & Conditions
1. You are responsible for customer service.
2. You CANNOT use misleading marketing tactics, SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market this product.
3. You CANNOT add, use or impersonate the original author's name or business name or any other of his business or personal information to the product. This product is for your own use, not his.
4. You CANNOT claim copyright to the product unless substantial changes are made to the product.
5. All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. In other words, NO porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.
6. The original author (and Anders Eriksson/Six-Bucks.com) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.
7. The original author has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
8. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Malaysian court for this purpose.
